SKYMAX Engages an International Financial Consultant for the Airport Project in the Khorgos - Eastern Gate SEZ

The SKYMAX Group of Companies, part of SKYHANSA (51%), has signed an agreement with the international consulting firm ScholzvonGleich LLP to provide financial advisory services as part of the implementation of the international cargo and passenger airport construction project in the Khorgos – Eastern Gate Special Economic Zone.
During the project development in cooperation with the financial consultant, it was decided to reduce the financial burden of the first phase and redistribute financial resources to the subsequent stages of implementation. As a result, the first phase of the project is planned to be implemented within a budget of up to USD 200 million.
The appointment of an independent financial consultant represents an important step in preparing the project to attract external financing and is aimed at enhancing transparency, investment attractiveness, and compliance with international standards for the implementation of infrastructure projects.
SKYHANSA continues its systematic efforts to develop aviation infrastructure and to create a modern transport and logistics hub that will become a key element in integrating Kazakhstan into international transport corridors.
